Due to funding from both DCAL (Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure NI) and Significan’t, we at Interpreting and Translation in Queen’s University Belfast, are delighted to reopen registration for the Conference on the Recognition of Signed Languages in the UK and Ireland.
Initially, delegate numbers were capped at 50 due to funding constraints and the organisers belief that cost should not be prohibitive for delegates wishing to participate. This left a large waiting list and so additional funding was sourced to increase event capacity.
Despite significantly increasing capacity, spaces are once again limited so if anyone is still considering registering, I would encourage you to submit your registration forms as soon as possible. Pre-registration is essential and registration will close on 23rd August.
I look forward to welcoming all the presenters and delegates in September.
Conference information will be posted on this site as it is available.
